Welcome to the Beauty Routine Partnership Program! By participating, you agree to the following terms and conditions, designed to ensure fairness and transparency for all BR Partners.

• Eligibility

1. 1. 1. Open to individuals aged 18 or older.
      2. Must have a valid email address and active online platforms for promotion (e.g., social media, blogs, websites).

• BR Partner Responsibilities

1. 1. 1. Promotion Methods: Use social media, blogs, websites, or direct communication (e.g., emails) to promote Beauty Routine products. Compliance with local laws and advertising regulations is required. Misleading claims are strictly prohibited.
      2. Brand Representation: Always represent Beauty Routine positively and professionally. Behaviour that damages the brand’s image may lead to account termination.
      3. Prohibited Methods: Avoid misleading promotions, spam, and unauthorised discounts. Deceptive advertising practices are not allowed.

• Commission Structure

1. 1. 1. Earn a 5% commission on sales generated through your referral links.
      2. Commissions are calculated monthly based on total sales for that month.
      3. Payments are made once the BR Partner reaches a minimum payout threshold of ₦12,000 and has been active for at least 30 days.

• Disallowed Actions

1. 1. 1. Self-Referrals: Commissions cannot be earned on purchases made by the BR Partner or closely related individuals (e.g., family members).
      2. Fraudulent Behaviour: Fraudulent activities, such as fake sales or exploiting system loopholes, will result in forfeiture of commissions and account termination.
      3. Misleading Promotions: Use of deceptive tactics, false claims, or unauthorised discounts will lead to account suspension or termination.

• Payment Terms

1. 1. 1. Payments are made monthly, usually within 30 days after the end of the previous month.
      2. Payment methods include PayPal or bank transfer, as preferred by the BR Partner.
      3. A minimum of ₦12,000 in earned commissions is required for payment. Commissions not reaching this threshold will roll over to the following month.

• Termination and Suspension

1. 1. 1. For Cause: Beauty Routine may terminate accounts for violating terms, engaging in fraudulent behaviour, or inactivity for 6 months.
      2. Without Cause: Beauty Routine may terminate the BR Partner agreement with 30 days’ notice.
      3. Pending Commissions: All pending commissions will be forfeited if the account is involved in fraudulent activity upon termination.

• Modifications to Terms

1. 1. 1. Beauty Routine reserves the right to update these terms at any time. BR Partners will be notified via email or through the affiliate dashboard. Continued participation after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

• Dispute Resolution

1. 1. 1. Disputes regarding commission payments or term interpretation should be submitted in writing to Beauty Routine support. If unresolved, disputes will be governed by the laws of Nigeria (or the applicable jurisdiction).

• Confidentiality

1. 1. 1. BR Partners may access confidential information, including customer data and business strategies. This information must be kept confidential and not disclosed to third parties without prior written consent.

• Governing Law

1. 1. 1. These terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria (or the relevant jurisdiction where Beauty Routine operates), without regard to conflict of law provisions.

• Independent Contractor Status

1. 1. BR Partners are considered independent contractors. This agreement does not create a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship with Beauty Routine.
